1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing, browsing, registering an account, placing orders or purchasing goods on this website, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and fully accept these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy and Shipping Policy. All documents form a binding legal agreement between you and our company.

3. Product, Pricing & Order Contract

3.1 All product descriptions, photos, sizes and colors are for reference only; minor color differences caused by screen displays do not count as defective goods.

3.4 Your order request is only an offer. A binding sales contract is formed only after we confirm payment receipt and send a shipment confirmation email to you. We retain the right to reject or cancel orders for out-of-stock, fraud risk or compliance reasons.

4. Payment Rules

4.1 Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Stripe credit/debit card, etc. We do not store full credit card data; all payments are processed via PCI-DSS certified third-party payment providers.
4.2 Payment must be completed in full at checkout. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled within [48] hours.
4.3 All transaction fees, currency conversion charges charged by your bank shall be borne by you.
4.4 No double charge guarantee: if duplicate payment occurs, we will initiate full refund within 7 working days after you provide payment screenshots.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Customs Responsibilities

5.1 Shipping time stated on the website is only an estimated timeframe, not a legal guarantee. Delays caused by logistics peak, customs inspection, weather, airline suspension or force majeure are not our liability.
5.2 Risk of loss, damage or theft of goods transfers to you once the package is handed over to the international logistics carrier.
5.3 Import duties, consumption tax, customs inspection fees and any local administrative charges at your receiving country are fully the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot predict or cover customs fees.
5.4 You must provide accurate, complete recipient name, address and postal code. Loss or return caused by wrong address will be at your cost; re-delivery shipping fee shall be paid by you.
5.5 Some countries restrict certain categories of goods. It is your obligation to check local import prohibited lists before ordering; we are not liable for confiscation by customs.

6. Order Cancellation & Consumer Withdrawal Right

6.1 Cancellation before shipment

You may cancel unpaid orders freely. For fully paid orders not yet dispatched, contact customer service within 24 hours for cancellation and full refund. Once shipped, cancellation is not available.

6.2 EU/UK Consumer 14-Day Cooling-off Period

If you are a consumer residing in EEA/UK, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days after receiving goods without stating reasons. Customized, personalized, hygiene products, sealed digital goods are excluded from free withdrawal.

6.3 Cancellation Exclusions

Custom-made products, perishable goods, intimate apparel, sealed audio/video opened by customers cannot be cancelled or returned for non-defective reasons.

7. Returns, Refunds & After-Sales

7.1 All return procedures follow our independent Return Policy page. Goods returned must be unused, intact, with original packaging, tags and accessories complete. Products damaged by personal use will receive partial refund deduction or full rejection.
7.2 Return shipping cost for non-defective returns shall be borne by the buyer. If goods arrive broken, defective or wrong item due to our error, we cover return freight or send free replacement.
7.3 Refunds will be processed to your original payment account within 14 working days after we receive and inspect returned items.
7.4 We do not offer cash compensation for subjective dissatisfaction such as “dislike style”, “unsuitable size” except free return channel.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
